e-Scooters in Portland
The e-Scooter came to Portland on a four month trail in the summer of 2018. There are three companies providing service: Bird, Lime, and Skip.
The test program end in Nov. so we will see if they stay around.
The green of the Lime e-scooters make them easy to spot.
They have popped up everywhere and look like fun to ride. City ordnance is for riders to have a helmet on.
