In a word you could describe this bohemian bar as FUNKY. The outside patio, that always is busy, is a good example of reuse of resources. What others might through out becomes décor item in this area. The covered, fire pit, and heaters allow for year-round use. With both nooks to hide in and places for friends to gather. There is a simple bar menu and reasonable price libations available. As you penetrate into the interior you find more funk. Located in the Buckman Neighborhood that was known for early progressive Portlandia, this place fits right in. They are keeping it weird.
